Ok. So now you know what you have and you know you want to have fresh breath but you just don’t know how. You’ve tried all kinds of fancy drug store toothbrushes, toothpastes, mouthwashes and rinses. You probably are very self concious about your bad breath and you make sure you’re always carrying some type of potent breath mint or chewing gum to freshen your breath. More likely than not, everything you’re doing will never really cure your bad breath. You’re most likely only masking the odors for a short period of time. Do breath mints work? Nope. Not the popular ones. You need ZOX Mints if you really want to effectively stop bad breath on the go or in “crucial” situations. Most of the popular chewing gums out their do not work. It’s nothin gbut a temporary overload of flavor which will die out after just a few minutes. After you brush, floss, rinse, and pop in some gum or a mint, 20 minutes later your breath stinks again.

“Why don’t any of these oral hygiene products work?” you may be asking youself. The fact is, most commercially available products for breath freshening have ingredients in them that do more harm than good to the freshness status inside of your mouth. Did you know that the alcohol in the more popular mouthwash products and mouth rinse or oral rinse products kills germs currently in your mouth but then dry out your mouth to the point where new bacteria and minerals develop thus making your smelly breath reappear? Posted on July 15th, 2006 in Bad Breath by Nuss

tonsil stones cause bad breathTonsil stones can cause bad breath for people. If you have little white balls or smelly little white gls in the back of your throat around your tonsils, or where your tonsils would be but you have had your tonsils removes, then you are probably wondering what they are, whay you have them, and what you can do to get rid of them.

Just because you have these tonsil stones, also known as tonsilloliths, doesn’t mean you have to have your tonsils in tact. Anyone can get them and they make your breath smell really bad. The smell of these little white balls of food particles and mucous get lodeged in the back of the throat and can remain there for an extended period of time getting larger and smellier. The odor produced by these white globs is similar to that of feces. This odor can be smelled and expelled both through the mouth when breathing and talking, as well as through the nose. The smell is that foul and that strong.

So now the question that needs to be answered is, “how can I get rid of tonsil stones“. First, you should never try to scrape these things out yourself. Doing this can cause damage to sensitive and delicate parts of your throat and odds, you’re not going to detach them. Some who still have their tonsils even as adults wonder if they should schedule surgery to remove their tonsils, called a tonsillectomy. This woul dbe a bad idea and your consulting doctor would advise against this surgery because the older you get, the more risk is involved with this surgey and any surgery. So, what can be done?

There are products on the market provided by Therabreath created specifically for people who suffer from tonsil stones.
