As many would think, performers in the porn industry do not always make the best decisions. Below  who made fast money and forgot to give Uncle Sam his cut. I find these stories interesting because it just shows a part of the pothole filled roads people in porn travel along. Something about the demise or adult entertainers that interests me. If they would have made their money overseas and used an income tax service to help file their Income Tax for US Expats, they could have avoided fines, losing assets, or even jail time.

1. Janine Lindemulder
   
   Alias Janine M. James, was sentenced Monday in U.S. District Court to six months in federal prison for tax evasion. Reportedly Owed $200,000. Claims her ex-husband, Jesse James, threw her under the us to help his side in the custody battle over their children.
2. Joe Francis
   
   In the agreement, Francis acknowledged omitting nearly $563,000 in interest income on his 2003 tax return. Francis was indicted by a federal grand jury on tax evasion charges in 2007 and has spent 301 days in jail. He will receive a year of supervised release. The plea agreement states Francis will pay $250,000 in restitution and receive credit for jail time served.
